Experience

  My  Experience
             of
  educational tour

An educational tour is a fun – filled experience. As the tour may be too far away places, it is an opportunity for students to have a jolly time together. For some days they can forget about classes and homework and exams. The travel by bus or train, with students singing songs and making merry while indulgent teachers look on, is an unforgettable experience.

Our school has organized tour for grade nine on the date of 19th to 23rd poush. Many of them didn't go. They missed memorable moments with us. We spent 5 days like this:

1st day: Kathmandu to sauraha

Altogether 30 students & 4 teachers went with us on tour. We arrived from 5:30 a.m.
Then we reached nagdhunge & malekhu.
We had our breakfast on malekhu. We all were very excited &  we all were enjoying on bus by singing and dancing. Then, We reached 10:40 mugling. There were rest for 10 min. Then we move towards to chitwan National park.
It was really a beautiful place. I was amazed by seeing the yellow
mustard flower. Around 11:45 we reached Ramnagar and we had our meal. After that we directly moved toward our resort. We reached our resort at 1:10 pm.The resort was beautiful on the bank of the beautiful Narayani river. Then we immediately went for the ride of Chitwan National Park experiencing the most enthusiastic Jeep Safari. It was almost 2 hour ride. Then we went back to the resort and again left for the museum and elephant breeding center. We observed the things kept in the museum which was very attracting and interesting. But we were massively starving. I couldn't focus less in the elephant breeding center. Then we immediately rushed back to the resort and had the most delicious food ever. Maybe it was also the hunger that made it more tasty. We had it watching the beautiful sunset on the bank of the river.

We could see only some species of birds, crocodile and spotted deer. We observed the famous lake of Chitwan i.e. Bishazari Taal. It was very big and crystal clear. It took 2 hours for the ride. We returned back to the resort at around 3:20 pm. Then, we left for Elephant Breeding Center at around 3:30 pm. We observed the female elephants and their babies with different age group. Likewise, at 4:05 p.m. we went to the National Trust for Nature Conservation. There we observed different animals and species of crocodiles. We were truly satisfied and surprised looking those species.

As we all were starved, we returned to the resort at 5:00 p.m. and had the delicious lunch. As we were late to visit the places, we could not completely watch the sunset view. But, we clicked several photos with friends. After that, our Deepak sir divided us into different groups. We were four girls in a group. It was very comfortable with well facilitated rooms. Then, we went to observe the Tharu Culture Program at around 7:00 p.m.

The cultural program was very unique and watch worthy. We enjoyed a lot. The Danfe which was dancing gave pink rose to our Deepak Sir. Moreover, we had an evening walk. Then, we returned back to the resort at 8:30. We had a campfire and after that dinner at around 9:45. Again we enjoyed the campfire and danced by playing music. We sat around the fire and enjoyed our first night of the tour. After campfire, we went to our respective room and slept.

Second day (Sauraha To Ghandruk)

As planned, we departed from the resort at 6:00 a.m. after having morning tea. Then, we moved towards Pokhara from Sauraha. As we woke up early in the morning, we all slept in the bus. By 8:00 a.m. we entered the Gandaki Province. We had our breakfast on bus only. All of us again slept in the bus. We entered Pokhara by 11:05 a.m. It was almost same as if like Kathmandu. We had our morning meal by 11:40 a.m. at the Ivy Inn Hotel. The meal was really delicious. We rest for around half an hour. The room was pretty nice and comfortable too. Then we went to observe Tharu culture at 7:00 pm. It was very interesting to watch that culture. The dances were performed in mesmerizing way. After the completion of the culture we too danced with them on the stage. The culture lasted for 1 hour. After that we went for a shor walk and returned to our hotel. We had a campfire and we took our dinner at 9:45

Then, we left for visiting Pokhara by 1:40 pm. At 2:10 we reached the Fewa Lake. There we did boating and visited Taal Barahi Temple. We took blessings from the temple. We enjoyed the boating a lot.

One of our friends; Sohendra lost his mobile in the lake. It was very sad moment too. But, the mesmerizing view of Mt. Machhapuchhre from Fewa Lake was just amazing. By 2:50 p.m. we returned from Fewa Lake and moved towards David's Fall. We reached there by 3:00 pm. We observed the David's Fall. We too clicked some photos with cultural dress. It was very watch worthy.

4th day( pokhara to bandipur)

As told, we got ready and left for Sarangkot by 5:40 a.m. By 6:35 we reached the Sarangkot. The scenery was very much overwhelming and power generating. Though we couldn't see the sunrise clearly, the scene was amazing. We were just stubborn while looking that scenery. By 7:10 we returned back from Sarangkot where the bus was waiting us. Then, we left for Bindabasini Temple by 7:25 am. We reached there by 7:45.

We visited all around the temple and took blessings from the Goddess Bindabasini. We had our snacks at the Shakahari Bhojanalaya near to the temple. It was around 8:20 a.m. After having snacks, we left for visiting Mahendra Cave by 8:50. We entered the Mahendra Cave at 9:05 am. The cave was both slippy and warm just like Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave. There were different ancient things inside the cave. We enjoyed a lot and had good experience of cave as well.

We returned back to the bus and left for Bat Cave by 9:40. We reached the bat cave at 9:50 am. It was really different and difficult to move inside the cave. We saw numerous bats lying upside down inside the cave. We crawled to get out of the cave. It was really a great experience. We returned to the bus and went to observe the Seti River. We took the water as blessings and returned back to the hotel by 10:50.

5th day ( bandipur to kathmandu)

We had planned to go for hike to Bandipur by 6:00 am. All other groups went for hike. But, as our group woke up late, we went later on with Murari Sir and Bijay Sir. There we climbed the staircase. We were very tired. Actually, we went there to experience the glamorous view of the sunrise. But, we could not experience it due to the fog. While returning back, we saw a little part of the glamorous view of the sunrise.

We returned back to our respective home stay by 7:30 and had our snacks at 7:40 am. We had Kodo ko Roti, Bodi and a cup of tea as our snacks. While returning back to the bus for visiting Siddha Cave, the local people again put tika and gave flower to show their respect for us. We were extremely pleased by the hospitality they provided to us. We really enjoyed that moment. We departed from Bandipur by 8:50 am.

At the Bandipur Bazaar, we bought the key rings and purse for the teachers. Our Girendra brother came late so we couldn't load the bags on time. Though it was late for visiting Siddha Cave, we left by 9:10 a.m. and reached there on time. We were very excited to observe the Asia's largest Cave; Siddha Cave. We reached the cave at around 10:00 am. We were divided into two groups with 15 students each.

We were very excited to go inside the cave. One of the guiders showed us the way inside the cave. He showed us different architects which came into existence by itself. Some of the architects were of duck, brocolli, King Cobra, Sankha, Head of Lion, Shivalinga with Ganesh and Siddha Baba. We were exclaimed with surprise to see those architects. The cave was really very large. It was slippy and warm as if like other caves.

     Thank you!!!!
